This plugin allows you to change the entire welcome panel on the dashboard using WordPress WYSIWYG editor TinyMCE. Add images, videos and links or a welcome note.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `welcome-panel.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Click on 'Customize Welcome Panel' in the admin menu and create your new welcome panel!
