== Installation ==

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

1. Upload Plugin zip file to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. After that Go to `Settings -> Custom Hyperlinks` page and set options as per your requirements.
1. Confirm the preview of updated hyperlinks in `Preview and Apply` tab.
1. Toggle the `Apply Changes` switch in the `Preview and Apply` tab.
1. Click on `Save Changes` button to save and apply your changes.
