Migrate custom fields to metabox fields.

== Description ==

Allows you to match the custom fields of a post type to meta box fields. It will allow you to match the fields and then will automatically
convert them.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `custom-fields-to-metaboxes` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to Tools > Cust. Fields to Meta and follow the instructions.
