Add custom field for menu items.

It permits to add custom field (image for example) for a menu item.
0.1 Version permits to add an image field.

1.0 version will have an admin UI to add different field.

It is a beta-version.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the Custom Field menu folder to the plugins directory in your WordPress installation
2. Activate the plugin
3. See the new field in the menu item in Appareance -> Menu
4. Use cfm_walker walker in your wp_nav function or force-it in the plugin menu.
