Allows you to specify the title of the comments form of a post. You can do this per-post or set a global value.

== Description ==

The plugin allows you to change the title of the comments form of a post. On a fresh Wordpress install, the title of the comments form will be 'Leave a Reply.' This plugin allows you to set the comments form title per-post or set a global default value for all posts. The creation of the plugin was fully tutorialized. Anyone interested can take a look at this <a href="http://plugintutorials.blogspot.com/p/wordpress-plugin-tutorial_27.html">Wordpress Plugin Tutorial</a>. The plugin is functional but I will not be able respond to inquiries or be updating the plugin on a regular basis.

== Installation ==

To instll the plugin,

1. Upload the `custom-comments-message` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
