Add any ".extension" to WordPress category and page urls.

## Description ##

This plugin adds .html (or any extension) to your WordPress page and category urls.

You can change the extension from Plugin Setting page.

## Installation ##

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
1. Use the `Settings->Custom category and page extensions` screen to configure the plugin
