This plugin allows you quickly make a rollover overly for a image.

CSS3 Text and Image Overlay aims to make a simple and easy way to add a rollover effect to images with use of shortcodes.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `css3_text_and_image_overlay` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
