Eliminates the following from &lt;head&gt;:

* Adjacent posts links
* Post, comment, and category feed links
* Index link
* Parent post link
* Start link
* REST link
* WLW manifest link
* Generator link
* Oembed links
* Short link

Disables emojicons, comment cookies, edit post link, wp_embed, REST API, and 404 url guessing.

NOTE: There is no user interface at all! Install, activate, and enjoy with no further action required on your part.
