== Installation ==

**NOTE: It is recommended that you [backup your database](http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database) before installing the plugin.**

1. Search for "cooksnaps" in your WP Admin to install, or to manually install, unpack archive to this archive to the 'wp-content/plugins/' directory inside of WordPress

2. Register at [http://cooksnaps.com](http://cooksnaps.com) to get your
   unique Author Key

3. From your blog administration, click on 'Cooksnaps' to add your Author Key to WordPress

4. To optionally add Cooksnaps or the Cooksnaps Gallery as a sidebar widget, navigate to Appearance > Widgets in your WP Admin and drag from the available widgets list to the desired widget area.
