== Description ==

This CookieCert plugin makes your WordPress site compliant with the EU Cookie Directive in an instant.  Once installed it will ask users for consent to allow your site to create cookies.

In addition the tag will provide a link to your site's unique page on CookieCert.com which details the cookies found during independent cookie audits of your site.

As a consent tag user your site will be designated as EU Cookie Compliant in the CookieCert database and on cookiecert.com.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the entire cc-consent folder to your wp-content/plugins/ directory.

2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

3. Use the 'Settings' menu in WordPress to configure the tag how you want it to work.

4. Use the 'Widgets' menu in WordPress to place the tag in the page.  It will appear at the top of the page.
