Free contact form for your blog or web-site.

Once installed, a Contact Us button appears at the top right of your WordPress site.

Clicking Contact Us pops up the Contact Form

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Upload `contactusplus.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the ContactUsPlus plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. In WordPress admin go to Settings, ContactUsPlus, enter your email address, and click Save.
