Free contact form for your blog or web-site.

Once installed, a floating button/toolbar appears at the top right of your WordPress site.

Clicking the floating button/toolbar pops up the Contact Form
You'll be sent an email any time someone completes a form.

Contact Form Features:
	Email notification when a form is completed
	Customizable contact form
	Add your own fields and text
	Range of fields and question types
	Foreign language support
	Customer forms and responses stored for future reference by customer and website representative

== Installation ==

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Upload `contactusplus.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the ContactUsPlus plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. In WordPress admin go to Settings, ContactUsPlus, enter your email address, and click Save.
