Free contact form and live chat for your blog or web-site.

Once installed, a floating button appears at the top right of your WordPress site.

Clicking the floating button reveals the contact form with live-chat.
You'll be sent an email any time someone tries to contact you.

== Installation ==

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Upload `contactusplus.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the ContactUsPlus plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Sign-Up at http://ContactUsPlus.com, select WordPress and make a note of the Form ID.
1. In WordPress admin go to Settings, ContactUsPlus, enter the Form ID, and click Save.

Please note that this plugin includes a message that the contact form and live chat are by ContactUsPlus, including an external link to that site.
