Display a better, comprehensive Appearance Menu in the Dashboard and in the front-end Toolbar.

Tested to Menu Customizer 0.6-20150618 and WordPress 4.3-alpha-32850.

The link directly to the menu customizer is non-functional pending the final 4.3 implementation

== Installation ==

Download the plugin zip file

Upload via dashboard > plugins > add new > upload

Activate the plugin
