Adds Contact Form 7 entries as new users (if necessary) and grants them the specified WooCommerce Membership plan.

Includes support for creating memberships in any available mode: active, pause, complimentary, etc.

== Installation ==

1. Upload this plugin to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
1. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
1. Edit your contact forms to choose the membership ID and mode and specify the user data fields.
