Puts a ribbon on the website if the user browser is older than expected.

Minimum browser versions are customizable in the Settings menu, along with the title and a custom link.

== Installation ==
1. Upload the `browser-update-ribbon` directory into the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Set your favourite values in the `Settings->Browser update ribbon` menu in Wordpress
3. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` menu in WordPress
4. Enjoy!
