Following browsers will be notified by default: IE:8&Older | Firefox:12&Older | Opera:11&Older |  Safari:5&Older | Chrome:auto | Source Code:<a href="http://Browser-Update.org">Browser-Update.org</a>. IE,FireFox,Safari notification levels can be modified.
Notification position(top ot bottom) option and homepage or all pages option have been added.

Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
