Connect Dropbox to Intranet Lite by BPMContext. Files are saved in Dropbox and are visible in Intranet Lite.

== Description ==

The Dropbox plugin for Intranet Lite by BPMContext gives you the ability to connect your Dropbox account to use for files storage in Intranet Lite. This allows the file structure in each workspace to be shared in Dropbox, neatly organized in parent-child hierarchy of named workspaces. Changes in Dropbox, such as adding files, renaming files, deleting files are reflected in Intranet Lite.

**Before using this plugin**:

This plugin is designed to extend Intranet Lite by BPMContext. You need to have the BPMContext plugin and an account on BPMContext. Please read the installation instructions.

== Installation ==

Important: make sure you have installed and activated Intranet Lite by BPMContext and created a BPMContext account.  You can get the plugin here https://wordpress.org/plugins/bpmcontext/.

1. Upload the bpmcontext-dropbox plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/bpmcontext-dropbox directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Go to your Intranet Lite Dashboard page to setup and authorize use of the Dropbox account and link the app.
4. The authorization process is easy - when you first login, click the link that takes to Dropbox to authorize access for this plugin. A new window will open and Dropbox will ask you to authenticate and grant the plugin access.

Yes, if you upload files in the BPMContext App Directory on Dropbox they will appear in Intranet Lite.
