== Installation ==

How to istall ?

1. Download the plugin from: www.adriangeismaier.dk/apps/plugins/BodyMassIndex.zip
2. Upload entire folder "BodyMassIndex" to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory
3. Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress
4. Go to "Appearance -> Widgets", drag "BodyMassIndex" and paste it in the place you want it to appear.
