# Link "rel" Attributes

Add `rel="nofollow"` and `rel="sponsored"` on your links added via Gutenberg block editor. These attributes will be helpful on your website's SEO and Google crawling.

### How to add NoFollow and Sponsored link attributes?

Follow the steps below to easily add attributes to your links.

1. Select the text and make sure to add the link.
2. Click the caret icon to open the advanced link options.
3. Toggle the attributes you want to be added on the link. Whether _Open to New Tab_, _No Follow_ and/or _Sponsored_.
