1.Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
2.Go to Plugins -> Add New

5.Insert<code> <?php if ( function_exists('insert_bknewsticker') ) { insert_bknewsticker(); } ?> </code> into your template file in header.php.
6.Configure options on the Options page (Settings > Bknewsticker menu).
