The topic age is based on topic freshness. Topics are closed on-the-fly (rather than in the database), so, if the you deactivate the plugin, topics that were once closed will be re-opened. Visit 'Plugins > Add New' 2. Search for 'BBP Auto-Close Topics' 3. Activate BBP Auto-Close Topics from your Plugins page. = From WordPress.org = 1. Download BBP Auto-Close Topics. 2. Upload the 'bbp-auto-close-topics' directory to your '/wp-content/plugins/' directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc...) 3. Activate BBP Auto-Close Topics from your Plugins page. = Once Activated = 1.
