Replace placeholder variable with tracking affiliate id

== Description ==

Using the placeholder variable `{aff_id}` in the document, whether it be in code or post content, it is replaced with the actual affiliate id currently being tracked.

Useful for dynamically adding the affiliate id to off-site links.

== Installation ==

Before installation please make sure you have latest **AffiliateWP** and **Booking Calendar** installed.

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
