This plugin provides a fast & reliable backup and restore solution.
It supports manual trigger or automatic mode with WP cron.
Backups are stored in the uploads folder on the local machine.

Requirements: ZIP and PDO extension.

Lightweight (118KB) and resource-efficient.
Backend CPU footprint: <1 ms.
Frontend CPU footprint: <1 ms.
