1. Unzip the QRCode generator file wp-qrcode-api.zip 
2. Upload `qrcode_wprhe.php` to the directory `/wp-content/plugins/wp-qrcode-api/`
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
4. Done
