This plugin relies on [Annona Bot](https://annonabot.com), an external service. When the plugin is active, it loads a JavaScript file from `annonabot.com` on your site's frontend pages. When a visitor interacts with the chat widget, their messages are sent to Annona Bot's servers for processing and a response is returned.

No visitor data is collected or transmitted until the visitor actively sends a message through the widget. Visitor data is never used for model training.

1. Install and activate the plugin
2. Go to **Settings → Annona Bot**
3. Enter your company slug and API key from your [Annona Bot dashboard](https://annonabot.com/dashboard/settings/widget) (Settings → Widget)
4. Save — the widget is now live on your site
