Allows you to change the URI of links to feeds e.g. to direct readers to FeedBurner feeds rather than the plain WordPress feeds.

== Description ==

Alter Feed Links is a WordPress plugin which allows you to manually set the links WordPress provides for feeds. For example, if you use FeedBurner, all links pointing to `http://example.com/feed/` can be changed to point to `http://feeds.feedburner.com/Example`.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `alter_feed_links.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Configure the plugin through the 'Alter Feed Links' section of the 'Settings' menu
