    1.  Generate a translation pot template here:

    2.  New Languages
    - New language names follow the ISO format used in Wordpress:

    - Add the 'nobody' account permission:  Compile PO Files

    3.  Copy the translation template to the pootle server:
    cd ~/Downloads/
    mv advertising-manager.pot advman.pot
    scp advman.pot pootle@openx.org:/home/pootle/Pootle/po/advman/templates/
    rm advman.pot
    
    4.  Update the templates:

    5.  Translate (at least English!):

    6.  Generate the .mo file for all languages:

    1.  in the comments at the top of advertising-manager.php
    2.  in the code at the top of advertising-manager.php
    3.  in the readme file
    4.  check the upgrade to make sure any version upgrades are correct

    1.  Add to the changelog

    2.  Update the Readme.txt file with any changes in documentation.  Validate here:

CHECK IN ALL FILES
- Add any files that need adding

DEPLOYMENT
- Tag the version in wordpress
    cd ~/code/advertising-manager
    svn cp trunk tags/3.4.8
    cd tags
    svn ci -m "tagging version 3.4.8"

- Add a zipped file to the repository:
    Follow the build process below:
    
    rm -rf ~/build
    mkdir ~/build
    cd ~/build
    svn export http://svn.wp-plugins.org/advertising-manager/trunk
    mv trunk advertising-manager
    zip -r advertising-manager-3.4.8.zip advertising-manager/
