Creating Ads

When you installed AdPress a new sidebar menu for AdPress Ads was created. Select "Create New Ad" from the menu and fill out the form:

• Title - for your organizational purposes only.
• Destination - the URL where you want the image to link to, blank means no link.
• Featured Image - set featured image, the image to be used for the ad.

Note: when setting the feature image you must click "set feature image" on the media manager interface.

After you setup the ad, press "publish" to save the ad and make it available to your pages, posts, widgets, and mobile apps.

Putting Ads In Posts

The Basic Shortcode

Go to your page or past where you want to show an ad. Enter the [adpress] shortcode.

You'll probably not want to always show the first ad. Select others like this:

    [adpress label="TheBigAd"]
