Description: This feature allows you to set custom messages at the top of administrator screen, for users based on their role. 

== Installation ==
1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/admin-screen-messages/` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
3. Go to settings -> Admin Messages option page (users with administrator roles only can see the options page ).
4. Add your custom messages for each roles
