Prevent 'active' tab being lost on page refresh (but should be lost when the user navigates away from the page or closes the browser tab/window).
Fix animation when the Admin Bar Button is displayed in the 'Top middle' or 'Bottom middle' position (half of the button instantly disappears because of the 'transform' CSS).
