Generates a list of plugins that are currently in use.

Does not include primary blog, network activated plugins, or plugins with 0 users.

1. Upload `active-plugins.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Find the Active Plugins link under Site Admin
