# Workflow Step

**Purpose:**
Creates a mass email batch as a step inside a Gravity Flow workflow,
allowing emails to be sent out at the right stage of your process.

#### Settings

- **Feed Selection:** Choose one or more active Mass Email feeds to run
  when this step executes. Only feeds already configured for the form
  will be available.
- **Standard Gravity Flow Options:** All other controls—such as step
  highlighting, conditional logic, and scheduling—are inherited from
  Gravity Flow’s built‑in step settings.

#### Managing Workflow Steps in the Dashboard

The **GravityOps → Mass Notifications → Feeds** tab provides a central
location to manage all your Mass Email feeds and Gravity Flow workflow steps.

- **Workflow Step Management:** You can view, activate, and deactivate
  Gravity Flow workflow steps of type **“Mass Email Notification Batch”**
  directly from this tab. This allows you to quickly pause or resume your
  automated email processes without having to navigate through individual
  Gravity Flow settings.
