When tasks don’t behave as expected, start with these basics before

1.  **Basics** — Double check your feed is active.
2.  **Check Conditions** — Ensure feed conditional logic isn’t blocking
    task creation.
3.  **Permissions** — The connected account must have access to the
    selected projects, sections, assignees, tags, collaborators, and
    custom fields.
