WordPress.org asset placeholders for holyprof-source-locator

Included files:
- banner-772x250.png
- banner-1544x500.png
- icon-128x128.png
- icon-256x256.png

These are temporary placeholders so the SVN assets folder has the correct filenames.
Replace them with your final artwork before publishing if you want custom branding.

Notes:
- Keep filenames lowercase.
- Banner files can be .png or .jpg.
- Icon files can be .png, .jpg, or .gif.
