This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the ZYNOR
software and all associated documentation (collectively, the "Software"),
developed and owned by Olajide Mathew Ogundare ("Licensor"), operating under
Yuniq Solutions Tech.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you ("Licensee") agree
to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

                            1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  (a) Use, execute, and perform the Software;
  (b) Reproduce and distribute copies of the Software;
  (c) Create derivative works based on the Software;
  (d) Publicly display and perform the Software and derivative works;
  (e) Sublicense the Software under terms at least as protective as this
      Agreement.

                          2. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

Any distribution of the Software or derivative works must include:

  (a) A copy of this License Agreement;
  (b) The copyright notice above;
  (c) Prominent notice that the Software is licensed under this Agreement;
  (d) If applicable, notice of any modifications made to the Software.

                              3. RESTRICTIONS
================================================================================

Licensee shall not:

  (a) Use the Software for any unlawful purpose;
  (b) Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software;
  (c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where
      expressly permitted by applicable law;
  (d) Use the Software to develop competing products or services;
  (e) Use the Software in any manner that could damage or impair Licensor's
      systems or networks.

                        4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in the Software and all
    related intellectual property rights. No ownership is transferred to
    Licensee.

4.2 Derivative works created by Licensee remain subject to this Agreement.

4.3 Any feedback or suggestions provided by Licensee may be used by Licensor
    without restriction or compensation.

                      5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
================================================================================

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED,
OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING
OR USAGE OF TRADE.

LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE,
OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

LICENSOR HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE, UPDATES, OR NEW
RELEASES OF THE SOFTWARE.

                      6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
================================================================================

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF
LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

LICENSOR'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($100.00).

                          7. INDEMNIFICATION
================================================================================

Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from any claims,
damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

  (a) Licensee's use of the Software;
  (b) Licensee's violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws;
  (c) Any derivative works created by Licensee.

                             8. TERMINATION
================================================================================

8.1 This Agreement terminates automatically upon Licensee's material breach
    of any term hereof.

8.2 Upon termination:
    (a) All rights granted to Licensee immediately cease;
    (b) Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software;
    (c) Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

                         9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
================================================================================

9.1  GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction
     in which Licensor resides, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9.2  JURISDICTION. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts
     of Licensor's residence jurisdiction.

9.3  ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between
     the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

9.4  SEVERABILITY. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions
     remain in full force.

9.5  ASSIGNMENT. Licensee may not assign this Agreement without Licensor's
     prior written consent.

9.6  EXPORT COMPLIANCE. Licensee agrees to comply with all applicable export
     control laws and regulations.
