Use GitHub Issues for reproducible bugs and workflow proposals. Include the
harness, version, model, operating system, Zimster version, minimal
reproduction and, when relevant, agent count, turns, elapsed time, token usage,
review waves, and repeated commands.

Use GitHub Security Advisories for vulnerabilities.

For public-beta installation issues, include the exact archive checksum,
isolated home/config path, redacted `doctor -- --json` output, and whether
installation, fresh-session discovery, routing enforcement, or effective-model
reporting failed. Never post credentials or private mappings.
