# Workflow Guide

The required flow is:

Idea -> Discovery -> Proposal -> Contract -> Planning -> Sprint Planning -> Development -> QA/Security -> Release -> Support -> Change Requests.

Every phase has inputs, outputs, required documents, approval state, quality gate, blockers, and version metadata in state.json.
