License agreement for yuzu-definition-import

This package also includes compiled versions of our yuzu-definition-import 
product used to scaffold pattern libraries from test files or Trello cards.

Definitions
“Authors” refers to HiFi Ltd.
“SOFTWARE” refers to the Yuzu Definition Import package associated providers and documentation.
“DEVELOPER” a single use of the software
“DEVELOPER LICENSE” is a paid for subscription to use the software as a subscription
License
HiFi grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the software provided in accordance with this agreement. The developer must purchase a license to use this software on a subscription basis. They are entitled to use this software on two computers. Modification, renting, copying, publishing or redistributing of any part of the software is prohibited. Furthermore, selling the production of websites using Yuzu in a ‘Software as a service’ model is strictly prohibited.
YUZU DEFINITION IMPORT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. HIFI LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S NEEDS OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
