### Decisions

- v1 replaces existing `ys-team` skills in place; old package line remains available through npm `legacy` tag.
- Structure lint is documented as a blocking checklist in v1.0, not implemented as a new script in this spec.
- Baseline diff target is full-copy equality: `examples/baseline/` vs `skills/ys-team/baseline/`.

### Implementation Progress

- D1 methodology: `overview.md`, `reference.md`, and methodology `VERSION` updated to loop-era verifier-first model.
- Root entrypoints: `AGENTS.md` and `CLAUDE.md` updated to v1 gate model.
- D2 skills: four `SKILL.md` files updated to v1 verifier-card, grill, structure lint, and loop execution model.
- D3 baseline source: `examples/baseline/` updated to v1 config, rules, verifier-card template, checklist, constraint map, mistake book, and entrypoint docs.
- Baseline source copied to `skills/ys-team/baseline/` for full-copy parity.
- D4 docs: README and guide docs updated to v1 user model and Python / Java low-cost start path.
- D5 version/CLI: `package.json` set to 1.0.0; CLI help updated to v1 routing.

Implementation is ready for QA. Close remains pending release actions: npm publish, legacy dist-tag, merge/tag/push.

### QA / Close

- QA PASS recorded in `qa-report.md`.
- close preflight `npm whoami` initially failed with E401 Unauthorized.
- User provided an npm token. Token was passed via temporary npmrc, then removed.
- First token retry hit local npm cache permissions under `/Users/ys/.npm`; successful retry used a temporary `/tmp` npm cache.
- Published `ys-team@1.0.0`; npm dist-tags now `latest=1.0.0`, `legacy=0.6.5`.
- Remaining close work at time of this log update: final git commit, merge to main, tag, and push.
