## Acceptance Criteria

- AC-01 PASS: README now leads with install-once, normal-development positioning and explains automatic routing.
- AC-02 PASS: external patterns are described as internal routing / baseline / docs assimilation, not user workflow commands.
- AC-03 PASS: `skills/ys-team/SKILL.md` maps L2 to an internal lifecycle and preserves downgrade burden of proof.
- AC-04 PASS: baseline rules add anti-rationalization checks for skipping routing/spec/verification/docs and scope expansion.
- AC-05 PASS: spec/checklist templates define evidence types and QA evidence expectations.
- AC-06 PASS: spec-talk now requires reality index, project docs, and relevant spec/ADR grounding.
- AC-07 PASS: init/rebuild now defines project context / ADR recognition and protects local customization.
- AC-08 PASS: no new default `docs/project/context.md` or ADR directory was added, so module-index does not require update.
- AC-09 PASS: baseline source and install-copy files are synchronized for the three changed baseline files.
- AC-10 PASS: no user-facing workflow command pattern is exposed as required usage.

## Residual Risk

- There are pre-existing baseline directory differences outside this spec scope. This spec validates only the changed baseline files.
