Continue prompt files.

- **Target path:** `.continue/prompts/`
- **File pattern:** `wize-*.prompt`
- **Format:** Continue `.prompt` (markdown with frontmatter)

Renders each Wize agent/skill/workflow as a prompt file that Continue loads.
