To the Syndicat {{projectName}}, we, {{currentUserName}}, the undersigned, co-owner of the fraction of co-ownership bearing civic number {{currentUserAddress}}, apartment number {{currentUserApartmentNumber}}, in {{currentUserCity}}, hereby mandate {{selectedMemberName}}, our representative to attend the annual general meeting of co-owners to be held on {{assemblyDate}}, with the authority to sign the attendance sheet and act on our behalf, including taking part in the meeting’s discussions, being elected as officer of the assembly and vote on our behalf. The present mandate will also let my representative to attend and vote in my name at all general and special meetings of co-owners as well as at all adjournments or follow-ups thereof to which I am not present, until such time as myself revoke it or my unit is sold. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the proxy of the undersigned is also directed to exercise at his discretion the voting power as to any matters that may properly come before said meeting.

The present mandate will be valid for all co-ownership fractions for which we are co-owners, provided that a specific mandate be given to a third party for another fraction.

This proxy will also be used to obtain a quorum for the phase horizontal. (If there is a horizontal phase)
