Versions after v1.0.0 supports only `vue.js` of version `2` and above

##Legacy versions

Legacy versions of `vue-notification` (below v1.0.0) supports both `vue.js` versions: `1` \(aka "Evangelion"\) and `2` \(aka "Ghost in the shell"\) as well.
