SimpleCell — это упрощенная и улучшенная с точки зрения соответствия дизайну версия Cell. Она не может быть
удаляемой, выделяемой или перетаскиваемой. У неё нет размеров. В ней меньше html-элементов.
Всё это влияет на скорость её отрисовки, особенно если идёт речь о сотнях экземпляров.
