## Description of Service

visus-mcp is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides secure web content fetching with built-in prompt injection detection, PII redaction, and cryptographic proof generation.

## Use of Service

### Permitted Use
- Personal and commercial use
- Modification and distribution (per MIT License terms)

- Attempting to circumvent security features or sanitization mechanisms
- Using the Software to access content you are not authorized to access
- Distributing modified versions without proper attribution

## Data and Privacy

- visus-mcp processes data locally on your machine
- No data is transmitted to external servers (except URLs you request to fetch)
- No user data is collected, stored, or shared by the developers

## Third-Party Content

visus-mcp fetches content from third-party websites at your direction. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to access the content
- Complying with the terms of service of websites you access

The developers of visus-mcp are not responsible for third-party content accessed through the Software.

## Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
