vhostd

Virtualhost proxy server

# Install
    sudo npm install -g vhostd

# Edit configuration file:
    sudo nano /etc/vhostd.ini
## Example config.json:
    [SERVER]
    port = 80
    
    [example.com]
    address = 127.0.0.1
    port    = 8000
    
    [alias.example.com]
    ref = example.com
    
    [other.com]
    address = 192.168.105.1, 192.168.105.2, 192.168.105.3
    port = 8000
    
    [something.com]
    address = 192.168.110.50, 192.168.110.51
    port = 8200, 18200

    [www.something.com]
    ref = something.com
Config file /etc/vhostd.ini is watched by the server, changes trigger a reload.

# Run
    sudo vhostd [start|stop|restart]
Run without a task directive and it will attempt a soft start - e.g. will not
restart if there is a process already running.

# Check status
    vhostd status

# Run status to exit value
    vhostd is-running || sudo vhostd start
Will trigger service start (and using sudo) only in case service is not running

# Log
    /var/log/vhostd
