Convert UYAP UDF documents to PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown, or plain text.

UYAP (Ulusal Yargı Ağı Bilişim Sistemi) is Turkey's national judicial network. It produces `.udf` files for court documents (rulings, records, decisions). This CLI converts them to standard formats.

## Install

## Usage

### Options

## UDF Format

A `.udf` file is a ZIP archive containing:
- `content.xml` — Document layout (paragraphs, tables, styles, page format) in UYAP XML format v1.8
- `documentproperties.xml` — UYAP metadata (verification code, serial number)
- `sign.sgn` — X.509/PKCS#7 digital signature (TÜBİTAK chain)

## Requirements

- Node.js 18+

## Legal

The UYAP UDF format is a proprietary format produced by Turkey's Ministry of Justice. This tool reverse-engineers the format solely to read documents that users legitimately own — it does not bypass authentication, circumvent DRM, or access any government systems.

Use this tool only with documents you are authorised to access.
