This product includes software developed as part of the SigRank ecosystem
(https://signalaf.com). The normative specification was originally incubated
in the sigrank-app repository under the name "OTEP" (Operator Token Efficiency
Protocol) and extracted to this standalone authority on 2026-08-28. The
protocol was renamed to TTEOP on 2026-08-30. The Python distribution name
"sigrank-standard" is retained on PyPI for backward compatibility. The legacy
protocol version alias "sigrank/0.1-draft" is accepted by the schema.
