The protocol was originally incubated under the name "OTEP" (Operator Token
Efficiency Protocol) and the distribution name "sigrank-standard". The legacy
protocol version alias "sigrank/0.1-draft" is preserved in the schema for
backward compatibility. See UNRESOLVED-DECISIONS.md UD-1 for the rename
rationale.
